by Michelle Morin | 10:18 am, March 22, 2013
by Michelle Morin We already know his staff threatens journalists who don’t toe the line. Is the king so agitated by truth that now he’s flipping them the bird? NBC Reporter: Why do you believe the Israeli people have not embraced President Obama the same way they embraced our last 2 US Presidents? President Obama: [...]

by Michelle Morin Gee, it looks like budget cuts could be hitting everybody hard these days. From AhmarOnline: A joint Saudi committee composed of representatives of the ministries of interior, justice and health is mulling the replacement of beheading with firing squads for capital sentences due to shortages in government swordsmen, Saudi daily Al-Youm reported on Sunday. No Defense Spending Cuts
by Bob Adelmann | 1:02 pm, November 8, 2012
The US has been so successfully “militarized” that any suggestion of a cut in military spending will be laughed off and ignored.
Quick! Who is the Most Powerful Person on the Planet?
by Bob Adelmann | 9:38 am, October 28, 2012
Mario Draghi. Who? According to Matthew Lynn, writing at MarketWatch.com, “measured by what [he] can actually do, the most powerful person will soon be the president of the European Central Bank, the Italian banker Mario Draghi.” He explains: In the last few weeks, we have seen an extraordinary expansion of the European Central Bank’s powers. It can [...]
Romney Exposes Himself (Politically, That Is)
by Bob Adelmann | 6:10 pm, October 26, 2012
John Hawkins has, unintentionally I’m sure, done Romney skeptics like me a world of good. By taking snippets from the three “debates” of Romney’s comments, Hawkins has put to rest any idea that Romney is a conservative, or even coherent. Try this one: If I become president, I’ll get America working again. I will get [...]
George McGovern Wins Plaudits from a Conservative
by Bob Adelmann | 11:27 am, October 24, 2012
Cal Thomas has been a fixture in the conservative landscape for years. A prolific writer and an activist, he was vice president of the Moral Majority from 1980 to 1985 and then wrote a book, Blinded by Might, explaining its failure to transform society through political action. In preparation for an article I wrote for The [...]
George McGovern: The Liberal Who Got Mugged
by Bob Adelmann | 6:32 am, October 24, 2012
There’s no way this guy was a libertarian, despite some people who suggested he was. He was a statist through and through. Anyone who served as a “fellow” at the Institute for Policy Studies knows its agenda: destroy the capitalist system and replace it with a totalitarian one. But he was right on the Vietnam War.
Libya Coverup Pours Gasoline on Obama’s Funeral Pyre
by Bob Adelmann | 7:04 pm, October 21, 2012
Judge Andrew Napolitano has, bless his soul, added to our understanding of what happened in Libya on September 11th. And it adds considerably to the evidence that Obama is corrupt, and that he has surrounded himself with similar types. Initially Obama (his state department, intelligence network, etc.) blamed the attack on our ambassador and the other [...]

CBS News’ investigative reporter Lara Logan spoke in Chicago this week. She not only sounds the alarm, but she debunks any and all myths the Obama administration has put forth about terrorism, the Taliban, al Qaeda, and Afghanistan. Logan gives a remarkable speech based on years of inside, on the ground investigation with the Taliban. [...]
The China Debacle
by Kelly Sloan | 1:04 pm, May 4, 2012
Can anyone blame Chinese human rights dissident Chen Guangcheng for being a tad nervous about his present situation? After all, being under the aegis of the United States is a fairly dangerous proposition of late. This latest American foreign policy debacle seems to showcase the Department’s apparent standing order to find new and creative ways to demonstrate American weakness. Taiwan ought to be getting nervous as well.
