Each year, the Colorado Union of Taxpayers (CUT) rates members of the legislature as friends or foes of Colorado taxpayers. I am quite disappointed to see that for 2012 my own state representative from House District 4 in northwest Denver, Dan Pabon, was second-to-last with a CUT rating of 3.57 percent.
