Sen. John Morse – Caught Double-Dipping on Per-Diem?

The gist of the story is that Morse may have claimed per-diem while on a fully-paid trip to China, which one might expect is not what Senate per-diem is meant to cover. Further, the paid-for trip itself may have violated Amendment 41 rules, in that the trip was sponsored by an organization which receives most of its funding from for-profit sources.
