GOP Technology Haplessness
by T.L. James | 11:58 am, November 17, 2012
…is one of the reasons for the big failure this year. And there’s no reason for it — the party knew what needed to be done, at minimum, based on the Obama team’s actions in the 2008 campaign, and they couldn’t even get that right. I’ve encountered several groups developing digital strike lists and precinct [...]
Steven Crowder Does Lena Dunham
by T.L. James | 5:27 pm, October 26, 2012
No, not like that, I mean he parodies her performance in the Obama campaign’s utterly nauseating “first time” video: The comments at YouTube are comedy gold – several commenters criticize Crowder for being sexist by parodying an official Obama campaign video that equates young women’s voting decisions to losing their virginity to Barack Obama and [...]

Joker Joe: “Laughing at the Issues”
by T.L. James | 9:35 am, October 12, 2012
“Vice President Joe Biden is laughing…are you?” I’ve wondered for a while now if there isn’t something seriously messed up with Joe Biden. Last night’s display of inappropriate affect does nothing to allay that. This doesn’t help, either: ADDED: “If you want a gibbering, snorting, mumbling clown with a rictus-grin locked on his mug a [...]

Congressman Artur Davis at CPAC Colorado: “Conservatism Has Nothing to Apologize For”
by T.L. James | 8:28 pm, October 6, 2012
Former Georgia Congressman (and former Democrat) Artur Davis speaking at CPAC Colorado on Thursday afternoon. You may recall that Rep. Davis in 2008 gave the seconding speech for then-candidate Barack Obama’s nomination at the DNC here in Denver. Nowadays he’s somewhat less of a fan of Mr. Obama and Democrats in general, over what he [...]

Bradford and Challengers Speak at Mesa County GOP Convention
by Kelly Sloan | 12:29 am, March 25, 2012
All three candidates running for House District 54, the seat currently held by the embattled Laura Bradford, spoke to over 300 delegates at the Mesa County Republican Convention on Saturday March 24th in Grand Junction. It was the first time that Bradford and the two Republicans challenging her for the seat appeared on the same stage.
Sen. Udall: “Legitimate Argument” to build Keystone Pipeline in “National Interest”; Obama Administration Approved 2009 Pipeline for Economic, Strategic Reasons
by elpresidente | 12:34 pm, February 6, 2012
Colorado’s Democratic Sen. Mark Udall and President Barack Obama don’t appear to be on the same page when it comes to the recently sidelined Keystone XL pipeline that the Democratic administration rejected permitting for in January: “‘I think there is a legitimate argument that it’s in the national interest to build the pipeline,’ said Udall, [...]
Romney Up in Latest PPP Poll, Santorum In Second; Gingrich Falters
by elpresidente | 2:18 pm, February 5, 2012
If Public Policy Polling’s latest poll in the GOP Presidential caucus holds up on Tuesday, the former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney will once again win with Colorado’s caucus-going Republicans, 40 to 26 percent over former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, who led in the PPP poll in December by 19 points [...]
