I’ve been accused of being a little too tough on those making decisions that have resulted in the decline of America. My case is that they know what they are doing, rather than trying and failing by making mistakes and errors in judgment. If they truly were just making mistakes they would make one in our favor once in a while.

Obama’s lawyers are smart. They have found a way to push Justice Scalia into the “yes” camp on ObamaCare by using an opinion he wrote on another case that puts him into a corner. The fact that the average American citizen doesn’t want Obamacare doesn’t factor into the equation at all.
