“Vice President Joe Biden is laughing…are you?”

I’ve wondered for a while now if there isn’t something seriously messed up with Joe Biden. Last night’s display of inappropriate affect does nothing to allay that.

This doesn’t help, either:

ADDED: “If you want a gibbering, snorting, mumbling clown with a rictus-grin locked on his mug a heartbeat away from controlling America’s nuclear arsenal, Joe Biden’s your guy.”

Oh, but thank goodness we ended up with him as VP and not that vapid woman Sarah Palin, eh Democrats?
