Rollie’s Folly: A Visualization of Prop 103′s Defeat

Only one large county, Sen. Rollie Heath (D-Boulder) and his home in Boulder, and two smaller liberal enclaves, Pitkin (Aspen) and San Miguel (Telluride) counties went for Prop 103. Those counties are colored blue.
So much for the “dialogue” Heath wanted. Colorado pretty much said, “Talk to the hand.”
