**Update 8: Too Taxing holds victory rally after Denver Post calls race. Credits grassroots GOTV effort and committed volunteers.
**Update 7: Denver Post calls Prop 103 “dead.”
**Update 6: 44% of precincts reporting, Prop 103 down 35-65.
**Update 5: With 38% (370,000) reporting, Prop 103 losing 37-63.
**Update 4: Jefferson shows 37-63 against Prop 103.
**Update 3: Boulder shows Prop 103 losing by 100 votes with about 44,000 votes counted.
**Update 2: Denver returns shows Prop 103 down, 44-56 with 68,000 votes counted.
**Update 1: One key finding will be the county-by-county results for Prop 103, given the divide between predominantly GOP counties (El Paso, Weld) that decided not to mail ballots to IFTV voters, versus the predominantly Democratic counties that chose to mail ballots to inactive voters (Denver, Boulder, Pueblo).
Also, will the GOP advantage in partisan ballot returns indicate a blowout victory, or will UAF voters keep things close?
PPC will be updating this post LIVE from the Too Taxing for Colorado election night party in Littleton.
Today’s final ballot returns showed a last-minute surge in returns and could well top the one million ballot mark with 7pm returns.
Colorado Peak Politics took a look at voter turnouts in top counties across Colorado earlier today.
Prop 103 proponents managed to garner more than $600,000 in support of the tax hike measure, according to EdNewsColorado.
