Tune into this Friday’s Devil’s Advocate as Colorado Attorney General John Suthers joins me for a one on one discussion about the details, status and constitutional basis of the ongoing State Attorneys’ General lawsuit over the constitutionality of the health insurance mandate recently enacted as part as part of the federal health care bill, HR 3590, also known as Obama Care.
