U.S. Rep. Salazar: “Are you ready to kick some Army butt?”

U.S. Rep. John Salazar, D-Colo., should "begin wearing a GPS device, such as an ankle monitor, so [voters in western Colorado] can find him, as he doesn’t seem very interested in finding them," writes Rick Wagner in the Grand Junction Sentinel.Well, we found Salazar - at least on video.
"How's Kim, Colorado, doing? You fired up?" Salazar said at a Pinon Canyon Expansion Opposition Coalition event in Kim. "Are you ready to kick some Army butt?"

Salazar, a U.S. Army veteran who served 1973-76 and who is a farmer and rancher, may think he gets a pass for calling out the Army that way amid its contentious attempt to expand its training range in southeastern Colorado over intense property-rights objections.
But we're guessing that particular comment won't be so easy to explain away.
