Will anti-taxpayer majority on Colorado Supreme Court continue to ignore TABOR on tax increases?

Former State Senator Mark Hillman challenges the Colorado Supreme Court to enforce the Taxpayer Bill of Rights (TABOR) section of the state Constitution in a severance tax case. He mocks the court's "anti-taxpayer" majority to uphold TABOR rather than explain again that 'up is down,' 'round is square,' 'more is less' and that the plain language of the constitution doesn't really mean what it so obviously says." Most likely, the court will show once again that it's time to Clear the Bench.Comments
