John Hickenlooper Thursday said it is "crazy" to raise taxes during a recession and that the anti-business messages coming from Governor Bill Ritter and legislative leaders are "crazy," but he must think there is no recession because he raised fees by about $5 million a year for 2010, the enterprise reporter Christopher N. Osher reports this morning. Is it accurate to note that the mayor has raised taxes and fees five or six times over the last six years?Comments
