Follow the Four Corners Six – Our True Representatives Headed to DC

***UPDATE*** 6:00 am March 20th on Four Corners Gang of Six:
Trip Timer: 30.5 Hours - our True Representatives are in Maryland about an hour away from DC. So, they plan to stop and check in at their hotel, freshen up and take the Metro to the Capitol for the Kill the Bill Rally at noon. Before then, Casey will be on Jeff Crank’s KVOR 740AM (Colorado Springs) radio show between 8-9 am. They are scheduled to meet with CO CD-3 Rep. Salazar at 2 pm and want to thank everyone who emailed Wendy with suggestions for what to say. She was grateful that most were clean enough to relay. They each have gotten some sleep, but not enough so they are tired and a little punchy, but they been inspired this morning from seeing vehicles with Kill the Bill signs displayed.
God bless all of our fellow patriots and true representatives in Washington DC and across America today.

Trip Timer: 22.5 Hours- Email from Wendy in Indiana – “Well we officially have a personal meeting with Congressman Salazar tomorrow at 2:00. He has ‘allowed’ 15 minutes to be able to let him know our thoughts on the health care bill. Please email me with any thoughts you would like me to express to him tomorrow (keep them clean). We will not be getting into DC until about 6:00 tomorrow morning which give us enough time to check in to our hotel take a shower change and go to the rally. We are having a blast and the Denver Fox 31 blog is neat. PAt will be adding to our website as soon as I get it to him. Thanks to Lu Busse on all these contacts. We will be adding our picture from the St. Louis arch we took earlier and will update the blog here soon.

***UPDATE*** 7:00 pm March 19th on Four Corners Six:
Trip Timer: 20.5 Hours – Our true representatives from Durango area made it through Colorado before the snow storm really started up in earnest. They are taking turns driving since they have to drive straight thru. They had lunch in Topeka KS around noon our time, made a few calls, spoke to Eli Stokols of Fox 31 and got back on the road.
We have arranged for Four Corners Six to call into Jon Caldara’s radio show on KOA 850 AM from 10 pm – 1 am this evening (3/19-20). Wendy is going to call just before 11 pm but we do not know what time she will be on the air. Then, she will call into Jeff Crank’s radio station tomorrow morning from 8-9 am on KVOR 740 AM from Washington DC. She will send pictures to post from the rally.
Please join us in following and cheering on our true representatives headed to Stand for us at the Capitol tomorrow.

Wendy Cox, leader from Four Corners Liberty Restoration group including Durango/Bayfield 9.12 Project and Tea Party plus Cortez Conservatives, with 5 others answered the call put out yesterday. The six loaded large van and left for Washington DC about 10:30 pm last night. One woman is paying for most of the trip. They are taking turns driving straight through so they can be at the Capitol for the rally starting at noon tomorrow (3/20).
I reminded Wendy as she was leaving that they were representing over 400,000 pro-liberty voters from our state. (3/8/2010 Rassmussen report showed 18% of likely voters in Colorado reported they are part of the Tea Party movement so based upon the 2008 election number of voters in Colorado, the projected number of Tea Party voters would be over 400,000)
If these brave Four Corners Six can make this extraordinary effort, the rest of can at least call, fax, email and gather together Sunday afternoon at the Capitol from 3-4 pm in protest. Our communications should focus on Markey, Salazar and the other reported House fence sitters across USA.
Please keep our true representatives along with all of America in your thoughts and prayers through this weekend. God Save America.

I count myself part of the 18% of voters in this state who consider themselves patriots, and there’s no way I would miss this rally. It’s time we all stood up to the political class. Enough is enough!
