I’ll be curious to hear your prognostications (and those of Denver Post editor Dan Haley) concerning the Colorado Supreme Court.
Will the “unjust justices” of the Mullarkey Majority be retained in office, or will Colorado citizens stand up for their constitutional rights and vote them out (as is their right) in November 2010?
