Perlmutter absolutely was dodging constituents today at his town hall meeting at the King Soopers in Brighton. He arrived* and immediately ducked away from the crowd and into a secluded area under the portico at the front entrance of the store, where he addressed the nearest few rows of the crowd. Then he retreated further into the recesses of the portico, where he talked with a circle of perhaps a half-dozen people, most likely (given the fact the pro-socialized-medicine folks were strategically lined up and waiting in that area beforehand) cherry-picked "ordinary citizens" presenting him with a "balanced cross-section" of the "overwhelming support" for Obamacare.

I'll have more on this later, including pictures and (hopefully) video.

* - But at least he was on time, unlike "Senator Who?" Bennet at his healthcare town hall in July, who kept the crowd waiting for over an hour.
