More Love for the Amendment 54 Puppies and Kitties

Westword apparently can’t get enough of my Amendment 54 puppies and kitties ads.

It’s unfortunate, however, that the occasion for revisiting these gems is Judge Catherine Lemon’s issuing of a temporary injunction against the implementation of the donations portion of Amendment 54.
Remember, Colorado: from TABOR to transparency, it doesn’t matter what you vote for… if Big Labor and its corrupt collaborators in business and our single-party-rule Democrat state government don’t want it, they’ll just find ways to get around it or nullify it in the legislature and the courts.

The judiciary’s application of First Amendment rights to campaign contributions seems… capricious.
It’s too bad that we can’t send the judiciary a message by voting to non-retain four Colorado Supreme Court justices in the 2010 elections…
Oh wait! WE CAN!
Don’t let bad judges make puppies and kittens sad – vote “NO” on unjust justices in 2010!
