Jack Kemp dies after a long battle with cancer.Breaking AP news:
Jack Kemp, the ex-quarterback, congressman, one-time vice-presidential nominee and self-described "bleeding-heart conservative" died Saturday.Kemp announced in January that he had cancer.
Kemp was 73.
