The Motorhome Diaries

Now, I recognize that The Motorhome Diaries are a take-off of the Motorcycle Diaries. . . But I kinda like the word “trailer”. Mostly because one can then refer to one’s self as “Trailer trash” and use phrases like “you can take the girl out of the trailer, but you can’t take the trash out of the girl.”
I had the honor of chatting with these guys last night at Denver’s Liberty on the Rocks, and I (and a lot of other folks) lucked out and got a lot of fab free goodies from them. The back of my car is now plastered with enough pro-liberty stickers to ensure I get pulled over in the state of Missouri.
In return, I donated some cash to their gas, pizza, beer/life on the road fund.
Watch their interview with Reason’s Nick Gillespie, check out what they’re doing over at their site and see when they’ll be in your neck in the woods. (Next stop? Vegas, baby.) I’m sure the guys wouldn’t mind offers of food, laundry facilities or just cold hard cash as they journey around the country.
Regardless of my affinity for the word “trailer” I’m awfully jealous of these guys. I love road trips. I love trailers motorhomes. I love freedom. (Cheesy? Hell yeah. Bite me.)

Of course not! Why would anyone conclude that errors are geographical? Errors are errors and attempts to reinflate the British economy using the same hot air compressors that we use here aren’t going to work any better over there than they have here.
