To Travis – (NOT the real one): dude, what ARE you smoking? The only parties that would gain any clout from this ill-conceived abortion of a bill are the ones they’ll be throwing in LA & NYC.
For any of the rest of us in “flyover country”, we’ll be kissing our votes (and our “clout”) goodbye. And that goes double (triple?) for “3rd parties.”

The idea of dividing the electoral college so that it deviates from the winner takes all system that we have in the US is awesome and will finally give some clout to third parties…
