Rally for Personal Freedom – THIS SUNDAY
by T.L. James | 8:22 pm, February 27, 2009 | Comments Off
The Gadsden Society of Colorado, an organization dedicated to upholding personal freedom, free markets, and small government at the state level, will be holding a rally to defend liberty and push back against further expansion of government and government power.
You know…the kind of thing that all citizens should support.
The keynote speaker will be Aurora councilman Ryan Frazier — it’s well worth attending the rally just to hear him speak.
WHEN: Sunday, March 1, 2009, at 2:00 p.m.
WHERE: On the West Steps of the State Capitol in Denver.
If you want to get involved and show your support for the principles DMYR promotes, here’s a chance - it’s easy and it’s fun, and unlike the leftie rallies over the past year, this one will have a positive theme.
NOTE: the rally organizers at the Gadsden Society want everyone to know that this is a state-focused rally, not aimed at the (richly deserving) stimulus follies going on in D.C. So, hang on to your federal issue signs and slogans for the next pork/tea-bag protest, and direct your energies into infringements on your personal rights and property rights at the hands of your Colorado government.
