Sheeple Watch #7: Barackmas Update

Perry County, Alabama has voted to create an annual holiday in honor of Barack Øbama.
As one local critic points out:
“This guy is not even president of the United States of America yet. He’s been elected, but not sworn in,” notes the founder and president of the Brotherhood Organization of a New Destiny. “I could be wrong, but I don’t know any other president who was given a holiday before he expired. Normally it comes after death that they get these holidays.”
Precisely – because at that point their full record of accomplishment and failure is known. And, more importantly, they’re no longer able to do things that make those pushing to honor them come to regret their premature adulation.
