Sheeple Watch #1: Obama Day!

Not even a week since the guy was elected, and already some Øbama supporters are looking to establish a holiday in his honor:

Plans are being made to promote a national holiday for Barack Obama, who will become the nation’s 44th president when he takes the oath of office Jan. 20.

“Yes We Can” planning rallies will be at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. every Tuesday at the downtown McDonald’s restaurant, 1100 Kansas Ave., until Jan. 13. The goals are to secure a national holiday in Obama’s honor, to organize celebrations around his inauguration and to celebrate the 200th birthday of President Abraham Lincoln, who was born on Feb. 12 1809.

Good grief, people. Why don’t we just get it over with and declare him a living god instead of President?

Seriously, I wonder how long it will be before the Øbama worshippers organize a movement to rescind the 22nd Amendment. After all, why should a President as wonderful and transforming as Barack Øbama be limited to only two terms?

    In Obama’s time as a senator all he did was run for president and repeat for the sheep “change ,yes we can.” until you repeated this silly mantra. If in 4 yrs Obama really lowers my taxes(not just borrow stimulus money from future generations)and redistributes wealth (not from the mid class to the poor but from his Elite friends) He will then have my vote. I won’t hold my breath.
