Popular Governor Sarah Palin enjoys an 80% approval rating in Alaska.Popular President Alvaro Uribe, a staunch pro-American leader, enjoys an 80% approval rating in Colombia.
Today they met at the United Nations.
So is this the new look of US diplomacy?
